There is nothing lovelier than autumn in the country. When the days are not so warm anymore and the landscape starts to change its colours.<\/span><\/p>\n

A week of total immersion in Tuscan nature between Cortona and Montepulciano.
Days of guided excursions with pic-nic lunch and dinner in selected trattorias or vineyards, combined with days of relaxation, massages and visits to nearby towns.<\/h4>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

– seven-day stay at the Fringuello farmhouse in a double or single room. <\/span><\/h5>\n
– daily breakfast<\/span><\/h5>\n
– three days of guided excursions<\/span><\/h5>\n
– two picnic lunches and one lunch in a trattoria<\/span><\/h5>\n
– one 50 min massage per person <\/span><\/h5>\n
– warm-up exercises every morning<\/span><\/h5>\n
– guided tours of towns and\/or wineries <\/span><\/h5>\n

This programme is aimed at nature lovers of all ages and from all countries. Small groups and individual travellers are welcome. The walks last between three and five hours and are suitable for all levels.\u00a0<\/p>

Alessandro was born and lives in Montepulciano (SI).\u00a0<\/p>

He is an environmental excursion guide and thus manages to live his passion also professionally. In 2001 he began his journey as a masseur with the Tui Na Chinese massage course, which introduced him to holistic disciplines.\u00a0<\/p>

He completed the three-year Shiatsu massage course, thus continuing the path of oriental philosophies, deepened his knowledge of meridians and Ayurvedic massage, and also expanded his knowledge in acupuncture therapy.\u00a0<\/p>

Alessandro has been active in Tuscany for five years as a group guide for excursions mainly in the area of Siena and Arezzo.<\/p>
