A session with Alessandra in which the story and meaning enclosed in the Tarot deck will be told. This will be followed by listening and shared practice.<\/p>

Participants will have the opportunity to confront the Tarot and we will do open readings that will also serve the group to better understand the difference between major and minor arcana, in short a first approach that leads to an essential understanding.<\/p>

The focus is on the individual participants who will be able to go home with more clarity on the topics they have chosen to discuss.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Two yoga sessions with Lea per day, one of 90 minutes in the morning, a more intense and physically energetic practice, another of 75 minutes in the evening, with a more ‘relaxed’ and relaxing practice.<\/p>

It is an invitation to deep and meticulous work to initiate a progressive correction of postural and movement ‘bad habits’ both in the practice of yoga or other physical disciplines, and in everyday life. The aim is to return to one’s everyday life and physical practices with a greater awareness of one’s body and its needs.<\/p>

To this end, the practice of breathing techniques accompanies and supports that of physical work and meditation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Program:<\/p>

From Friday evening to Sunday after lunch there will be four yoga sessions, one in the morning and one in the evening. The tarot meeting is scheduled for the whole day on Saturday and, depending on demand, also after dinner and\/or Sunday morning. Meals are vegetarian and prepared with fresh, regional ingredients.<\/p>
