The reservation becomes binding for our facility only upon receipt of payment of the deposit of €500.
Within 30 days before the expected date of arrival 50% of the total amount of the stay is due.
By the date of arrival the rest of the total amount of the cost of the stay is due.
In the event of cancellation within 30 days prior to your arrival, 50% of the total amount is due and the deposit will be returned.
In case of cancellation within seven days prior to arrival the full amount of the stay is due. The deposit will be returned or subtracted from the amount due.
The only additional cost is the tourist tax, 2,50€ per person from 12 years old for the first 4 days. VAT and other taxes are also included.

All payments are considered net of any transaction fees and/or commissions. Credit cards will be accepted in Euro with a 4% fee added.

Arrival (Check-in): the flats will be available from 4.00 p.m. (it is however possible to deposit your luggage in advance).
Departure (Check-out): the flats must be vacated by 9.00 am.
